In 2015, Robin moved upstate for a brief break from the bustling streets of New York City, and never moved back. Her path intertwined with the region's go-to boutique hospitality company, Red Cottage Inc., where she assumed the role of Managing Director for a five-year tenure. Her architectural curiosity and love of design led her to become a licensed real estate agent and eventually forge her own path as a broker, resulting in the creation of Catskill Mountain Houses.

Drawing upon her extensive background in international relief and development, Robin imparts a refreshing human touch to the real estate market. Her ethos revolves around principles deeply rooted in trust, discretion, and diligence. Having experienced the contrasting landscapes of both rural Midwest upbringing and the urban tapestry of New York City, she possesses a rare ability to seamlessly navigate between these diverse realms, making her an ideal advisor for clients seeking to strike the perfect balance.

Jill Borenstein is a licensed New York real estate salesperson, and member in good standing of the Sullivan County Board of REALTORS®.

For over a decade, Jill found solace and inspiration amidst the landscapes of the Catskills. It was during this time that she acquired a piece of land in Sullivan County, constructing an enchanting off-grid tiny cabin as a weekend getaway. Jill eventually bid farewell to her former hospitality work on eastern Long Island, in exchange for upstate life. And in 2020, she embraced this new chapter, building a full-time residence on the same idyllic property.

As a self-starter with a keen understanding of operations management, Jill seamlessly transitioned into the realm of real estate. Her hands-on experience in constructing both her weekend and full-time homes provides her with a unique vantage point, lending solid insights into the often complicated process of property development.

When not hitting the road with clients, Jill is guided by an adventurous spirit, fly fishing, hiking and discovering new eateries around the Catskills.

Megan Jo "MJ" Collum is a licensed New York real estate salesperson, and member in good standing with the Ulster County Board of REALTORS®.

MJ's real estate experience spans more than two decades, during which she's been a buyer, seller, landlord, renovator, short-term rental host––and since 2017, a licensed sales agent. MJ has also worked for private equity developers and commercial real estate brokers for many years in NYC, resulting in a keen knowledge of both residential and commercial sales and investments.

Paul Heintz is a licensed New York real estate salesperson, and member in good standing of the Ulster County Board of REALTORS®.

Paul’s interior design career spans over 14 years, with residential projects dotted throughout the Southern California and Hudson Valley region. His favorite part of the job is getting to know each client and their background and he finds that design is most fulfilling when he's able to interpret experiences from a client’s past in an artistic way. He brings this same level of care, collaboration and thoughtfulness into the field of real estate. His understanding of construction and architecture further allows him to educate his clients about the various parts of a home and bring to light unforeseen potential. 

With thoughtfulness and deliberation, he has taken the knowledge and expertise gained from years of working with developers and applied it to his personal projects. Paul and his wife have bought and sold several properties of their own and through that have gained experience and knowledge that is an asset when assisting clients with real estate transactions.

Erica's New York journey began with moving to New York City 2001. By 2011, she had discovered a hidden sanctuary in Sullivan County. What began as a weekend escape and part-time retreat evolved into a full-time residence in 2021, allowing Erica to cultivate a balance between her cosmopolitan inclinations and her profound connection to the natural world.

With a master's degree in environmental policy from Columbia University, Erica's remarkable career spans nearly a decade in influential roles within the heart of New York City's government, followed by an impressive five-year tenure in the fiercely competitive real estate market of Brooklyn.

Erica specializes in the art of home staging and crafting high-level presentation and marketing strategies tailored to each unique property. Drawing upon her extensive experience as a legislative negotiator, landlord, investor, and relentless renovator, Erica possesses a wealth of invaluable insights and instincts that guide, prepare, and advise her clientele. Her discerning design eye, coupled with a passion for history and community, has resulted in the successful completion of over a dozen remarkable homes to date.
